It shows Dr. Neustein appearing at a special legislative hearing, convened by Senate Minority Leader David A. Paterson, Congressman Jerrold Nadler, Assemblywoman Nettie Mayersohn and Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein, May 14, 1993, Albany, NY. Legislators took testimony from agency whistleblowers, doctors, rabbis and lay witnesses about the cover-up of the alleged sexual abuse of Dr. Neustein’s daughter, who was 12 years old at the time, by actors including Ohel Children’s Home and Family Services and the New York Legal Aid Society, after efforts by Assemblyman Dov Hikind failed to prevent the inquiry into Ohel Children's Home and Family Services' egregious misdeeds and malfeasance in this case (including disturbing evidence of the child having allegedly been groomed for child erotica).

• June 23, 2021: “The Plight of Women in the Family Courts – How the System Works Against Good Mothers” — An Emergency Community Meeting held in the Fieldston Section of Riverdale, Hosted by Lauren Lieberman, Chair of the Riverdale Community Service Committee, and her husband David Lieberman, Founding Partner of Global Trading Systems. Among the forty attendees were Rabbi Mordechai Willig, Rabbi of Young Israel of Riverdale and Head Rabbi and Spiritual leader at Yeshiva University Rabbinical School (RIETS); Rabbi Dovid Zirkind, Senior Rabbi at the Riverdale Jewish Center; and Rabbi Joshua Wald, Associate Principal of the Frisch School, Paramus, NJ. Dr. Neustein was the keynote speaker at this community event. It was also attended by Ted Gesing, senior producer of “Children of the Underground,” a 5-part FX docuseries (now on Hulu) which featured Dr. Neustein as an expert on the family court system.
